KAPCIBASE 670

The Kapcibase 670 and Kapcicryl 660 system was designed to provide excellent colour matching and has brought extraordinary solutions in the Car Refinish industry globally. The system comes with Pearlescent, Metallic, Solid and Magic Color toners. The 1:1 system is easy to use, and has excellent coverage and durability.  

 Transparent 2K acrylic sealer with excellent adhesion properties over non-sanded areas. As an adhesion promoter, Kapci 620 transparent sealer eliminates the requirement to sand substrates. Also used as an Isolator.

• Adhesion Promoter: 2 light coats
• Flash off: 5-10 mins at 20°C between coats
• Air dry: 20-30 mins at 20°C
• Sealer/Isolator: 2 full coats
• Flash off: 5-10 mins at 20°C between coats
• Air dry: 24 hours at 20°C

Kapci 625 primer 2K acrylic filler is suitable for air dry, low bake and infra red drying.  It’s developed for use under 2K acrylic paints or base costs.

4:1 Mixing ratio

Kapci 626 is fast drying 2K HS acrylic filler developed for use under waterborne basecoats, solvent-based basecoats, and 2K acrylic topcoats. It delivers fast drying combined with good application, leveling and sanding properties as well as good colors hold out. Kapci 626 can also be used as non-sanding (wet on wet) filler by changing the mixing ratio and the application process. 

 Kapci 3100 is a two-component acrylic polyurethane ,medium solids clear coat especially formulated for spraying over base coat to give it very high gloss and excellent appearance. It has very high weathering and chemical resistance characterizes Kapci 3100, also its gloss retention is outstanding. 

 Polyester putty is a fine polyester putty containing fine extenders and is used for filling of small scratches and dents. The putty can be applied over PE filling putties and body fillers to have a smooth finish. It inherently, delivers excellent adhesion on a wide range of substrate types including aluminium and fibreglass. 

 55% Solids! Kapci 6030 High Solids Euro Clearcoat Anti-Scratch.  Mixes 2-1-10 percent reducer. Solids are over 55 percent!  Wet sands and buffs easy if needed. Professional use, requires a spray mask.  AVAILABLE IN QTS
